Arc & Line, LLC is a Construction Management / Claims consulting company. The founder and
President of the company, Jamil Soucar, a Civil Engineer with over 39 years’ experience in the
construction industry is also an award winning published author, public speaker, a national and
international trainer.
The company’s services include managing construction projects for General Contractors, Public
and Private Owner, Developers and provide expert witness services to construction attorneys.
The founder has extensive hands on experience in managing all phases of projects from
inception to scope development, design management, pre-construction activities and the
construction phase up to completion.
We believe that the key element of successful project management is building good
relationships with all parties of the project. That alone, in addition to sound practices of course,
can eliminate most of the problems that might escalate to claims. We have seen that happen
over and over. Common sense, fairness, make it happen attitude is the key. The easiest part of
the construction process is the construction itself. The tough part is managing people.
We provide a complete project management service including documentation, scheduling,
claims management, RFI’s, Change Orders, Site supervision, Managing Subcontractors,
Representing the clients in all meetings with Owners, Architects, Inspectors and other stake
holders.
The founder published a Construction Management book titled “Real Life Construction
Management Guide From A – Z. Based on that he developed an on line course that covers real
